How we use your data

Last updated 15 October 2026.

Who we are

This page is run by Shanny Advisory, the independent property advisory of Shanny Poijes in Bali. It is operated by PT Core Group Indonesia, Jl. Nakula, Subak Cemagi Anyar No. 1, Banjar Badung, Munggu, Mengwi, Kab. Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +46 707 441 022.

What we collect

Your first name and the contact you give us (WhatsApp number or email address).
A random visitor code, so we know which pages you visited on this site and on coreconceptliving.com.
Basic visit data such as the page you came from and your device type.

What we do with it

Send you the briefing, unlock the conversation on this page, and reply when you write back.
Follow up personally, and tell you about Core Concept Living, the developer I run. You can say stop at any time.
Measure which posts and ads bring people here.
See how the page is used: how much of the conversation is watched, which topics are opened, and which buttons are tapped. This is measured with an anonymous visitor code, not your name.
The WhatsApp buttons open a chat directly with that person. What you then write is between you and them.

We never sell your details or pass them outside Shanny Advisory, PT Core Group Indonesia and Core Concept Living.
